I've certainly read everything several times over. When I go to that page in App Store the "get" button is blue and seemingly usable but clicking it doesn't initiate download.
If I go to the Sierra download page in App store the "get" button it grey seemingly showing me it isn't downloadable. I did however click that button as well and got the same result Instead I have a blue "get" button. Heck, I'm out of ideas too.
