As for the 9 digit card, odd as it may seem, the Firestone card cannot be used in the app or on the website because it is a 9 digit card rather than a standard 16 digit credit card.

The nice people at the store even went so far as to ask me to call ahead and not to use the app to schedule because it has no idea what their schedule looks like.
